Rompetrol Georgia offers its customers the discount-based loyalty card with unique mechanics.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ROMPETROL LOYALTY PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP

Customer can receive a loyalty card "Rompetrol Card" on any gas station of “Rompetrol Georgia” throughout the whole territory of Georgia (except “Rompetrol Partner”) on 30 GEL or more transaction of purchasing any type of fuel;

  • Customer receives loyalty card together with card application form;
  • One customer receives only one loyalty card;
  • Rompetrol Loyalty Card is discount based only;
  • Customer needs to activate the card to become eligible for any discount scheme of loyalty program;
  • Loyalty card should be registered/activated only once;
  • Card holder activates the loyalty card in one of the following 2 ways:
  1. Customer can activate loyalty card through the website: card.rompetrol.com 
  2. Fill out the application form of loyalty card and leave it on a gas station, service center or Head Office (Address: Merab Aleksidze street #12, Tbilisi, 0171, Georgia) or hand over filled out application later at his/her convenience. In that case, card will be activated by “Rompetrol Georgia” during 5-7 working days;
  • Any physical person reaching 18 years of age can receive the loyalty card;
  • Any person who is interested in receiving the Rompetrol Loyalty Card should provide valid ID card;
  • Customer who receives the Rompetrol Loyalty Card, activates it, and swipes it on “Rompetrol Georgia” gas stations will be eligible for fixed -8 Tetri CLASSIC discount scheme; Card owner needs to consume at least 80 liters/month during the 3 rolling month to become eligible for card upgrade to the PREMIUM discount level of -12 Tetris; If the customer will register 2 months in a row (2 rolling months) a monthly consumption less than 80 lt./month, than the card will be downgraded back to Classic level; Card owner needs to consume at least 120 liters/month during the 3 rolling month to become eligible for card upgrade to the GOLD discount level of -15 Tetris; If the customer will register 2 months in a row (2 rolling months) a monthly consumption less than 120 lt./month, than the card will be downgraded back to Premium level;
  • Calculation of the reporting month depends on the date when card is activated in the loyalty program. Counting of a reporting month starts on the day of card's activation and ends after passing one month. For example, if a card is activated in the system on August 25, the first reporting month ends on September 24, the second reporting month starts on September 25 and ends on October 24, the third reporting month starts on October 25 and ends on November 24, and so on.   • Loyalty card should pass each stage of the discount scheme in a sequence (It is impossible to upgrade card type from Classic to Gold level, the same applies to card downgrade rule);
  • Card owner is eligible to use discount when purchasing any type of fuel;
  • By filling/signing the loyalty card application or registering the data on the website (card.rompetrol.ge), the card owner confirms that his/her personal information indicated in the registration form is correct, he/she received one loyalty card from the authorized person of Rompetrol Georgia, admits that Rompetrol Georgia Ltd can process, store and use the provided personal information and/or personal information obtained from public sources, in the most confidential and secure environment, in full compliance with the principles of personal data processing and in accordance with legal provisions, is informed and agrees with loyalty card mechanics and rules of Rompetrol Georgia Ltd published on the website: card.rompetrol.ge, agrees with modifications of the mechanics and rules of the loyalty card operations at any time performed by Rompetrol Georgia Ltd and approves to receive any kind of information/advertising messages via provided contact information. Personal data will be stored for a certain period of time and will be deleted after the expiration of this period, except for those cases for which the legislation has a special storage period.
  • If customer loses the card or card is damaged, new card shall be ordered in the Head Office; New card will be provided in 5-7 (five-seven) working days period in the Head Office;
  • Card owner is restricted in amount of daily transactions and fuel to purchase - maximum 2 transactions a day and/or maximum 200 lt./day;
  • “Rompetrol Georgia” has the right to block the card in case of fraud.
