TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ROMPETROL LOYALTY PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP

Customer can receive a loyalty card "Rompetrol Card" on any gas station of “Rompetrol Georgia” throughout the whole territory of Georgia on 30 GEL (thirty) or more transactions of purchasing any type of fuel.

Customer receives loyalty card together with the card Application Form. • The Rompetrol Loyalty Card is a discount card.

Customer needs to activate the card to become eligible for any discount scheme of loyalty program.

Loyalty card should be registered/activated only once.

The Cardholder can activate the card in the following ways:

By registering the data on the website: card.rompetrol.ge on his/her own card.rompetrol.com

Fill out the Application Form of loyalty card and leave it on a gas station, service center, or Head Office (Address: Merab Aleksidze street #12, Tbilisi, 0171, Georgia) or hand over the filled-out application later at his/her convenience. In that case, the card will be activated by “Rompetrol Georgia” during 5-7 working days;

Any physical person reaching 18 years of age can receive the loyalty card.

Any person interested in receiving a Rompetrol loyalty card must present a valid ID.

Any customer who receives, activates and swipes the Rompetrol Card on “Rompetrol Georgia” gas stations will be eligible for fixed -8 Tetri CLASSIC discount scheme for each liter of purchased fuel; If the cardholder consumes at least 80 liters of fuel per month for 3 rolling month (3 rolling months) he/she becomes eligible for card upgrade to the PREMIUM discount level of -12 Tetris; If the cardholder consumes less than 80 liters of fuel per month for 2 consecutive months (2 rolling months), the card type will be downgraded to the Classic level. If the Cardholder consumes at least 120 liters of fuel per month for 3 consecutive months (3 rolling months), the card type will be promoted to the GOLD level and he/she will receive a fixed discount of -15 tetri per liter of purchased fuel; if the Cardholder consumes less than 120 liters of fuel per month for 2 consecutive months (2 rolling months), the card type will be downgraded to the Premium level.

The calculation of the reporting month depends on the loyalty card activation date in the loyalty program, and the month begins from the Card activation date and ends after one month. For example, if the card is activated in the system on August 25, the first reporting month ends on September 24, the second reporting month starts on September 25 and ends on October 24, the third month starts on October 25 and ends on November 24, and so on. Information on the loyalty card activation date can be found on the website card.rompetrol.ge in the User’s personal account page.

Loyalty card should pass each stage of the discount scheme in a sequence (It is impossible to upgrade card type from Classic to Gold level; the same applies to card downgrade rule).

Card owner is eligible to use the discount when purchasing any type of fuel.

In case of the card loss or damage, the respective information should be provided to the Head Office. A new card can be ordered at the Head Office, and it will be produced at the Head Office within 5 (five) business days.

The cardholder is limited to daily transactions and fuel purchases; he/she can make a maximum of 2 transactions per day and/or purchase a maximum of 200 liters of fuel per day.

Rompetrol Georgia LLC reserves the right to block the Loyalty Card in case of fraud detection.
When registering a Loyalty Card, by signing the Information Form, the Customer confirms that:

Rompetrol Georgia LLC is authorized to process his/her [Customer’s] personal data for the protection of the Company’s interests in providing services to the Customer, for direct marketing and/or other lawful purposes.

Rompetrol Georgia will process the following personal data: the "Customer's" name, surname, personal number, date of birth, gender, contact phone number and e-mail address.

He/she grants Rompetrol Georgia the authority to transfer his/her [Customer's] personal data to third party(-ies) in case of the existence of prerequisites provided for by the legislation of Georgia, as well as to transfer it to the Company’s subsidiaries or affiliates, for the provision of services to the Customer/fulfillment of contractual obligations by the Company, protection of the Company’s interest, direct marketing and/or other lawful purposes.

He/she is informed about the right to request information from Rompetrol Georgia LLC with regards to the personal data processing, as well as correction, update, addition, blocking, deletion, destruction or termination of data processing.
