Eligibility for Participation in the Ruffle

The persons eligible for participation in in the raffle are the following:

• A citizen of Georgia who has reached the age of 18 and is an abled person.
• The person who owns the Rompetrol loyalty card, "Rompetrol Card".

Terms of Participation in the Ruffle

In order to participate in the raffle:

• Purchase 20 liters of any type of fuel at any Rompetrol gas station of Georgia.
• Use “Rompetrol Card” if available when you purchase the fuel.
• Get and activate Rompetrol loyalty card "Rompetrol Card" on the website card.rompetrol.ge if you do not already have a Rompetrol Card and use it while refueling.
• A raffle ticket will be generated to the card for every 20 liters purchased. For each subsequent 20L, another ticket will be credited.
• The lottery participant is limited in the purchase of daily transactions and the amount of fuel. You can carry out a maximum of 2 transactions per day and/or purchase a maximum of 200 liters of any type of fuel within a day.
• You can view and check the number of registered tickets at the following address: card.rompetrol.ge on your profile page.

Ruffle Mechanics

The raffle will be held based on raffle tickets, using a lottery drum. 37 winners will be revealed during each lucky draw.

• The holder of the first 30 randomly selected tickets from the lottery drum will receive a Greenway technical inspection voucher.
• From 31 to 35, randomly selected ticket holders will receive a 500 GEL fuel gift voucher.
• The 36th randomly selected ticket holder will receive a 5000 GEL gift voucher for fuel.
• The 37th randomly selected ticket holder will receive an air purifier.
• The winners will be contacted by phone: with a maximum of 3 calls. Regardless of whether the winner will be contacted by phone or not, tickets withdrawn from the lottery drum are considered as the winners.
• After the raffle, information about winners will be published on Rompetrol Georgia's Facebook page www.facebook.com/RompetrolGeorgiaLtD (first name, last name, unique ticket code), as well as on Rompetrol Georgia's website: www.rompetrol.ge.

Please, note that the lottery participant is responsible for filling in correct personal data when registering a loyalty card. The Raffle Organizer disclaims any responsibility for any incorrectly filled information by the raffle participant. The raffle participant entitles the organizer to process his / her personal data for the raffle purposes.

Rules for Receiving Prizes

The winner of each weekly raffle must arrive to receive the prize within 30 calendar days after the end of the raffle.

• The winner must present an ID card and a loyalty card or a notarized power of attorney of the respective winner (the power of attorney must indicate the personal number of the winner and the number of the loyalty card). If a person is not identified, he/she will not be recognized as a winner and will not be awarded the appropriate prize.
• The prize will be awarded to the winner no later than 6 (six) calendar days after the submission of the above documentation.
• Prizes will be awarded by the organizer of the raffle, "Rompetrol Georgia" at the following address: 23 Vasil Petriashvili Street, Tbilisi, every Thursday and Friday from May 26 to August 18.
• In the case of Greenway technical inspection, the winners will receive the prize immediately in the form of an SMS message sent to their phone number. The prize can be redeemed with a unique ticket code sent via SMS message and ID at the Greenway Technical Inspection Service Centers by September 1, 2024.
• The company does not reimburse any additional costs for receiving/using the prizes.
• Payment of cash fee correspondent to prizes value is prohibited.
• Any claim related to the prize will be accepted by email to marketingrpg@rompetrol.com. The claim will be considered by the raffle organizer within 5 working days after the submission of the claim. Feedback to the author of the claim will be sent in writing to the same address from which the claim was lodged.
